Sounds packs as a permanent feature

Lil Yachty's voice really grew on me over the past week, I was unpleasantly surprised to learn it was just a temporary "joke"...

If the discord team has the rights to keep it in as a feature, please do :)

The voice lines are a lot softer than the base sound effects, and it made discord a more pleasant experience.

    genuinely don't understand why they removed a new good layer of customizability and accessibility because they decided it should only be implemented as a joke. The Lil Yachti sound pack was so much softer and nicer on the ears and now that it's gone I'm reminded at how grating the default discord noises can be. I recognize they maybe can't bring that one back specifically for licensing reasons or deal reasons, but deciding to not keep any of them or even having new, replacements, or custom sound packs is absurd
