Vanity URL for a server as a separate optional purchase

A vanity URL for the server is only available if you server boost to level 3, or are a partnered server. It's a great feature, but for some servers who can't consistently reach level 3, they aren't able to enjoy that feature. Worst of all, when you lose the level, everything that uses the URL breaks which can cause some problems with your server invite.

A great addition would be ability to purchase the vanity URL for a server separately, whether it be a one time purchase or a monthly/yearly subscription. This way, servers that are unable to reach or consistently have level 3 are able to use this feature. It also helps to prevent future invites using the URL from breaking.

Server owner and/or moderators can make a one-time purchase or get a monthly or annual subscription.
Possibly add a new role permission that allows the user to make purchases on the server's behalf?
If the server is deleted, the subscription is canceled if not a one-time purchase. A separate warning is presented about this.
If there is a new role permission, a warning is given before the role is removed from the user who is connected to the vanity URL purchase/subscription. The subscription is cancelled when the role is removed.
When the subscription is cancelled, the vanity URL will only last until the next billing cycle if there is not another user who subscribes in their place.
Cancelling the subscription after reaching boost level 3 or server partnership will not remove the feature from the server, and will not remove the feature if you are subscribed while level 3 is lost.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. I think being able to purchase vanity URLs OUTSIDE of server boosts would be a great revenue stream for Discord.

It's a security hole!

When the vanity URL is lost because of boost expiration, it becomes a security hole, because a fake server can register your vanity URL and do a phishing attack on your community!
