Could Discord help with making new language servers?

Hello. There are partnered 3 servers that are for languages in general, and there are servers for French, Russian, two for Korean, two for Chinese, 3 for Japanese, and one for what seems to be Korean, Chinese, and Japanese.

I am currently learning Spanish, Italian, and German, but there are no verified or partnered servers for those languages specifically in the search feature. There is a small unverified one for German. Could Discord help make, verify, and partner some servers of these languages?

I was most surprised there is no server for learning Spanish because I would think that is most in demand.
