Make Offline Members Visible

When 90% of a servers members prefer to be “offline” for privacy concerns, it makes it impossible to manage the members. Discord needs to change the cap to a higher number so the smaller communities aren’t being punished by this ridiculous feature. Or give the server owners a choice weather to hide the offline members or not.
