Pings Not Working

I'm on mobile and I'm the owner of a server and I have two pings I use a lot. For the past few days I wasn't able to ping those roles in certain channels though. I typed it in correctly and everything, it's not like it's deleted or I typed it with a different font or symbols either. In fact, in the channels I can't ping ANY roles at all, can someone help? I don't know how to fix it. I've tried restarting my phone, restarting discord, ect.

 

(Also for clarification, yes I am an actual owner, it's not just a role. I literally made the server so it can't be that someone just took away the permissions)

  Spaces in role names. Either remove them or start typing role name, just the part before first space, then you get suggestions for what role to mention, then click on it.
