feature request, auto block based on message

I get a relatively ton of messages from bots/scammers due to a few serves in on being big and geared toward gaming, I have gotten several of the same messages, "I am leaving csgo, giveing away all my items" or something to that effect, the first time I got it, I shrugged and didn't care, but this is I think the 10th time I have gotten it. 

I would love to have the ability to filter messages based if they are a rando or a friend, that way im not getting bots/scams over and over again.
