Limitation of nickname changes

There needs to be a nickname limit for all users to prevent their names being changed overtime, just like as other social media platforms. For example, after changing your name/nickname and #number 3 times - you will not be allowed to make any changes for a certain amount of time (whether it’s in weeks or months). Please consider that - as users are constantly changing their names without limit and this confuses other people. Thanks
