Notification Sounds when the Overlay is on

Right now, whenever I have a fullscreen game open with the Discord overlay, it mutes all notification sounds with no option to turn them on. It'd be nice to at least have the option to turn them back on. It's currently either turn the overlay on to see the notifications, but not hear them, or turn the overlay off to hear the notifications, but not see them.
