  The margins (the space between the edges of the shapes) should be more unified with enough space to prevent it from looking too compact and small enough so that they don't float in the air. You can also improve it by better aligning the shapes with the vertical and horizontal imaginary lines of the edges of the other shapes. This design errors makes it look compositionally unbalanced.
