I got banned for a joke

I got banned on my account Hitman#3886 for posting a joke by the terms on can I stick the tip in. The person claiming to be harassed is a boy and was trolling as a 14 year old girl. Then they switched their account after I got banned to a boy claiming to be a girl. And then later laughed with my friend about it.
