View member list permission

After the recent increase of steam account scammers that have been joining my server I'd like to suggest a permission that allows me to deny new members from viewing the member list in channels such as #rules and #welcome. This is to prevent me from having to create a duplicate channels just for nonverified members.

However when the new membership screening features come this issue may be solved for me, I shall have to wait and see for how it's implemented.

    I think this feature would be very useful, I kinda want it too. I hope discord will consider!
