Discord, please set reply tags to OFF by default

Most of the times someone uses the reply feature, they do not want to tag the user they're replying to, but people often do it by accident, and that only happens due to the mention being turned on by default. It's extremely obnoxious. Please set the reply tag to "OFF" by default.

  Or at least have it remember what you set it to last.
