Increase security protocols used by Discord
Currently, the standalone Discord application uses an outdated and End of Life (meaning use should be phased out or discontinued) security encryption called Transport Layer Security 1.0 (TLS 1.0) exclusively. This is a weak security protocol prone to being cracked by those with malicious intent and can lead to data breaches or account hacks if left in place. Current standards are to use TLS 1.2 (N-1 version) or TLS 1.3 (newest version).
Request is to have Discord implement a "top down" available encryption check. That is, to check the highest available encryption method available on the system to use and then use it rather than a hardcoded selection of a single protocol.
