stream viewing issue

I cant watch any stream while friends can watch mine. i use the internet browser for discord.

  Same issue here. Unable to watch friend's stream (looks like it wants to connect but it's not connecting), but everyone else can see his stream. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, disabled hardware acceleration, cleared discord cache, all NVIDIA drivers are updated.. nothing works.
