Cancelling on iOS

Hey, I’m trying to cancel my nitro on iOS due to the new censorship rules, but can’t get confirmation of cancellation. Any advice?

  Having the same issue myself.  My purchase was through Google Play Store, but I made this purchase with the understanding that I would be able to use the service across platforms including my IOS device.  The change in policy represents a SIGNIFICANT deviation from the level of service I reasonably expected when I made the purchase. 

  Google attempted to process my refund request but Discord blocked it for some reason.  I escalated the request to Discord's site in accordance with Google's instructions, but got nothing but a bot that asked for some details--I provided those details and have heard nothing since.

  While I don't agree with Apple arbitrarily relabeling Discord as 17+, Discord's decision to change the level of service provided without any consent from PAYING customers or option for a refund for those affected was a BLATANT breach of customer confidence.

  First of all, hi, 

  Unfortunately discord will no longer be used for ios users with the new upcoming update unfortunately we are sorry.

  I see you're a new user, so I'm going to have to assume this message is a prank, and not the real Discord admin announcing they are pulling Discord off of IOS.
