Activate or Disactivate a specific text chat immediately without touch a lots of permissions of the latter

The possibility to disactivate a specific text chat ignoring all the permessions set in a moment. I don't want everyone and other see that text chat for example: I am changing permissions and I don't want to have problems in that moment or for now I don't want to show to everyone that text chat because I will not events in that text chat for time without editing or deleting the latter.
