Discord Inspect Element needs to be fixed.

Being able to Inspect and change text is SO easy. Some underage guy went on his alt and inspected a message I said and he made it say "I admit I am 12" when I was poking fun with him about Soccer Mom cars and Soccer to him asking my age and me saying I was 12, which is not true. It's happened many times where people have inspected random messages to make it like someone is underage. Discord needs to do SOMETHING to prevent it, whether it's admins knowing if the text is inspected or making it disabled.

  I don't really see a problem here. What harm could an inspected message do?
  They cannot use it to report you to Discord's support team, and they cannot use it to prove that you are underage.
  Discord screenshots of text cannot be used as evidence because they can be edited, that's common sense.
