Pause chats

The idea is a new function, that you could set a keybind to pause the chat (view only, not for everyone), until you press the keybind again

This could help when:
- A lot of members are talking and you need to scroll to get a message/user ID
- Someone wall-texting raid and you need to scroll a lot to see his username, to ban, or to get his ID
