Please help.

Alright, so i was adversiting my server by j4j's and in a random moment discord said that im sending private messages too fast. Then the only option was to verify by my phone number, which i dont have. I really need help with it because i have lots of friends on it, also i literally cried a bit when i saw that im propably done with discord. Please if u can message discord or something (i sent a message about that to discord help thingy). Yeah i would appreciate it very much. this is really a bad situation for me because discord been with me always and i check it every hour. :/ i hope someone can actually do something because i've been replied with some bot

    you could try verifying by email this happen to me before! you can just do "Verify email"

    Dayln Theres only the option to do it with with the phone number. i messaged them and filip replied with the thing that it detected that i use a proxy or vpn which i dont use.
