I can't sign in

Hi. I was just flounder around in my discord and then suddenly I was asked to "verify my account" because of "something ordinary" going on. I said ok let's see, I verified my account I got a otp, I texted it in my discord, typed my password but now it is saying that is in use in a different account. Well I have a different account, but with no Number. And my original account also had no number. I don't know what is going around but now I can't log in and my server with over 100 Members are there waiting for me. Please help me log in.
