Can't download Discord on windows 10

not able to download discord.
new system. just reformatted less than 10 hours ago

at first it said 
"couldnt Download - Network Error"
now it justs downloads a file 128KB 

"I also noticed now it says "this file was blocked because it can harm your device"
If i choose download anyways or "keep" then the 128K file downloads again

    Updated Windows and fixed it. 
    Before it was Windows Defender Blocking the download.
    Cant say why it was throwing a 128 KB File. in Edge and Chrome.

    My windows is fully updated. And when I still download discord it claims that there was something wrong with the application and that I should contact the author. Even if I reset it, the same claim will pop up.

    Sorry let me update my answer from before.
    It was not Windows Defender. I found out that the program "Zone Alarm" was blocking my downloads.
    - try disabling your Antivirus, firewall.

    Press Windows Key + R
    type: %AppData%
    delete the folder called "Discord"
    close the folder.

    Press Windows Key + R
    type: %LocalAppData%
    delete the folder called "Discord"

    Restart your computer. 
    Reinstall Discord
