I barely get notifications on mobile

I use my phone more than my PC, because it's just easier for me and I usually have my phone on me all the time. I use Discord for a lot of things, like speaking to my friend's or catching up on news about some games, so it's really annoying when I don't even get any notifications for hours and hours. I'll be on my phone for an entire day, and only get a couple of notifications. Seriously, like two or three. It's really annoying because I've literally missed out on an entire day of conversation and on many @s. Please, I need help with this

  I have the exact same problem. I'm on android so I don't know if this happens on ios too but its really annoying and I hope it gets fixed.
