Server Call Indicators

A new Feature you could add to discord could be a server call option that can be enabled. You can enable an option where if there is someone in the call in a game, there will be an icon next to it indicating so. It doesn't have to be exactly like that but yeah. Also, the indicator could be applied manually as well, and there could also be a variety of options.
