More Functionality to Delete Messages

Hello,

I always wanted the function to delete messages with more ease. But, this is not there and it takes a long time to even delete one message.

I would like these functions to be there is Discord which would make it easier to delete messages:

  1. It would be nice if you could delete multiple messages at a time, instead of going to each message and deleting them.
  2. Options to delete all your messages from this DM, channel, and server.

If this would be implemented, it would be more easy to delete unwanted messages. Plus, it will be beneficial for both of us. It will be easy for us and it will be good for you also as the data with you will decrease, hence less cost.

Thanks in advance and I really hope that Discord will implement this.

    Hmmm I can see the mass Delete being abused by malicious actors since they could delete any evidence people use against them in trust and safety complaints. Might be acceptable if discord updates it’s policy to allow storage of deleted messages if they are in trust and safety complaints
