Allow bots to create guilds even if they are already in 10 guilds

Currently bots cannot create a new guild with them as the owner if they are already in 10 or more guilds. This breaks a few use cases that would be cool, so it would be great if we could have this limit raised or removed!

  What usage case, besides making your support server with your bot, would this serve? I can't think of any that wouldn't be abusive

  There is a reason why the bot only can do this in less than 10 guilds.

  Basically this will lead to abuse of Discord as a platform itself.

  I'm clearly against it.
