Bringing Back Verified Developer

There is a lot of request from bot developers that wants the Verified Bot Developer Badge to come back. We understand why Discord ended/stopped using this feature but this is not helpful to developers like me. 

=> Why do we want it?

Most developers want the Verified Bot Developer badge for morale. The fact that we only get one small tick at the end of these efforts really depresses our morale. Discord should have cared about this by now. 

=> How to prevent account sellers?

1. IP Verification

At the verificaiton you should set a verify login mail so it will send a code (It shouldnt be same with the original mail.) If the app realises the account is logged in in a different device it should send a mail to the verification mail that we entered on verification and the mail should be oppened in the same IP. If it doesnt Discord will send a mail to the original mail of user to inform what happened. If they dont appeal account should be deleted.

2. Bot Code Verification

Every month Discord will send a mail and request the bots code. If person cant send it in ~48hrs they should be warned on mail saying: "Your verification has failed because: You did'nt specified a file/link that shows your bots code. You have 1 remaining warning until you will get suspended."

3. Bot Status Verification

Discord should be constanly checking verified bots status so if a bot is offline for ~3days (or whatever you set) the account should be suspended. To prevent real bot devs to get suspended they can create a ticket saying
My bot will be offline for <day> days because <reason>. Here is some info for my bot.
ID: <bot id>

So most of us want this badge back so we will be happy, thanks. ヾ(•ω•`)o
