Make Reduced Motion option disable smooth scrolling.
Simply put - smooth scrolling is probably one of the things that generate most of cpu/gpu usage.
On my eGPU setup where I have low pcie bandwidth smooth scrolling makes it really annoying/slow to scroll channel backlog unless I'll use smaller window.
It's possible to use argument after discord executable that disables smooth scrolling but it's annoying and not persistent between updates.

It would be cool if it was a separate setting, i like smooth effects, but smooth scrolling gives me headache. I think all chromium apps should have an option to disable this, because accessing about:flags is impossible for some reason
