The app icon on recent app shade doesn't show

There's something suspecious when I'm managing my apps on recent apps shade

It doesn't show the app's icon on the recent app shade, probably on my launcher (BBK) isn't showing Discord-Beta's icon (but I'm not using it anymore, I'm using Nova Launcher now), on Nova Launcher is showing Discord-Beta's icon. Pls fix this issue
