Suppress hotkeys from other applications

Every hotkey should have the option to suppress it from other applications.

How it works now:
As an example: Using F14 as Push-to-talk hotkey works but in Google Sheets it will also delete the content of a table cell.

How it would work:
The new option would let the hotkey work for Discord but disable it for any other program.
