Allow Tier 3 Boosted Servers to use custom emojis in channel names.

I think it would be a great feature if Tier 3 boosted servers had the ability to use custom uploaded emotes in channel names. Would add for a whole lot more customization and encourages others to actively boost more. Would make everything look prettier

  Hello.

  You can boost tier 3 with Nitro, but you need to purchase them with 28 additional boosts. This costs about 115$.
