Better notifications for direct mentions within a server.

I belong to many servers 90% of which I have muted. Others I have only mentions turned on. But on those servers I get mentions for various roles so I constantly hear the notification beep and often ignore them till later when I go through the inbox as I dont want to stop what I am doing every time I hear the beep to check.  

It would be nice if there was a setting where if someone directly mentions you by @yourusername instead of a @serverrole that you could get a notification to your home channel like when someone sends you a direct message.  That way it is instantly visible and then would just be a link to the server and channel where the actual notification is so you can go reply.  

I feel like a direct mention in a server is far more important to be notified than via a server unread message badge and a ping in the inbox.
