New Color is extremely harsh to my eyes

Im not sure why, and other people seem not to have as much of a problem, but the new color actually strains my eyes. I want to look away from the new color and it would make me use discord less. No joke.

  Same. It's an outright assault on the eyes. It just hurts to look at.

  It hurts a lot of people's eyes. But they want to attract new young people and don't care about how it affects the rest of us ;)  I wonder if younger users also have this issue and it will in turn keep people away from discord. And to think they were worried about the drop if Microsoft took over.

  That’s the first thing I thought when I saw the tweet about the changes. Seeing the color is pretty straining on my eyes that it makes me dizzy to the point I feel like throwing up. Which kinda sucks, like I understand they wanna evolve and keep adapting but if this color is going to actively be on their app it’d be basically unusable for me unless they make it an option to have not as bright colors.

  So glad its not just me. People on twitter seem really down with the color and it just hurts my eyes. Even the submit and help button as I type this. I dont know why they chose this specific shade, and didnt run it by internally. Someone MUST have had problems with the color right??
