The new look is an insult to the community

A couple of months back we were joking about the simplification trend hitting discord, then it actually happened. The new look steps away from the familiar theme handcrafted for the user experience, now changing for the sake of change.

Discord was never made for children and should never target children, this logo tries to prove opposite. The character of Clyde has been toned down to a level where the shapes blend to a bold mish-mash.

The old blurple let us focus on the contents of the screen, the new hurts like acid in my eyes.
