Nitro suscription information is not show.

I have a seriuosly problem with the nitro management screen. In the mobile, and the desktop with windows. My nitro suscription information doesn't work and got crap screen. I have screenshots.

  My internet is not the problem, the device is not the problem too. I have reset and started internet and discord (close and reopen) including session. Please help me

  I have touched the recover nitro suscription. In the iPhone. Maybe is the problem?
