Better notification pop-ups for Desktop users.

It'd be great to have this feature, I'm talking about changes like having notifications not use the default Windows pop up feature but instead use a similar, smaller and nicer looking one like Steam uses.

I really don't like opening Discord notifs because they're so big and annoying, they also stack behind each other so if someone writes a lot, it becomes a long stack of notifications that are annoying to clear.
