Sound compression feature for voice chat

Hello! It is a bad way to trying set the volume for each member in a voice chat channel, their volume changes often, that's make our experience the most uncomfortable.
There is a way to make some feature that give user able to set some fixed level of sound for voice channel, it should suppress loud sounds and amplify quiet sounds.
