Adding slovak language

Hello Mr. Clyde,

I have decided to contact you again in matter of my previous request of adding "slovak language" to discord. I know that you have got a lot of work, but I have noticed that you haven't added new languages for a long time. So if you are planning to add some languages please consider slovak.
