I just hate the font

The new logo is fine. I will say it kind of makes it more unclear as to what Discord is, since the old logo looked like a speech bubble and the new one is just a… thing. What I hate is the font. It looks like a joke. I know Discord as a company is trying to make itself more appealing to the general public so as to get users who will pay for premium services, but I’m not sure why that means using a font that looks like it was designed for use in a children’s book.

    Same, I'm fine with the slightly odd-looking Clyde or whatever his name is, but the font is what set me off just a tiny bit. I don't like it, I like the old one

    Totally on board with this. The logo is fine and palatable, but the font is really horrendous.
