Have themes

TLDR: Allow users to have the option to have the new theme/fonts or the old theme and fonts.

While a good amount of things haven't changed, the color scheme and font stick out like a pretty sore thumb. Everything looks off, as if my monitor hasn't been color corrected. Additionally, the middle part of the uppercase G goes wayyyy too far to the left, and if I didn't have decent vision, I might struggle to tell that's a G in the first place. While I might be able to adjust to these changes, I wish I could keep the old UI. Because while it's good to have change, the new change is subtle and greatly bothers me in the way it's presented.

However, I understand that some people may like the new theme. Maybe for them it's the correct saturation, I don't know. But I think something is quite off, and if there was the ability to switch between old and new, I would appreciate that.
