480p streaming, please reconsider it's removal
480p streaming has been an excellent fallback for people with unreliable internet connections, and removing it will severely limit their options when their bitrate becomes inconsistent and choppy.
Low bitrate streaming on 720p and above looks like a bunch of blurry cubes, making text ingame essentially unreadable.
Having the option to stream in low quality (480p 30, 480p 60, etc.) also reduces Discord's bandwidth usage, so you have nothing to lose by re-enabling this feature.
Please, I implore you, please do not remove the ability to stream in 480p. Please re-enable this feature for the sake of users with frequent connection problems.

Yea, i normally stream games to my friends in 480p and its been smooth af, now im forced to go on 720 and it keeps lagging, please bring back 480p, we miss it.

Yeah, I really miss being able to stream watch parties for multiple people all over the place, with internet connections of varying quality.

I agree, they should bring it back. 480p is a great fallback feature, especially for watch parties or playing music to friends. Not everyone can stream consistently at 720p or 1080p not least when you are streming to users recieving it on another continent. I use different kinds of conference software frequently and they all have multiple quality selections for users. Bringing it back would be an easy win for the platform and make streaming more accessible through Discord to thousands of people. Which is good, since I prefer Discord for online calls because of the superior voice quality!
