Account banned for no reason and Nitro is still running

Hi everybody

My boyfrineds account was deactivated for no reason. I've gifted him a Nitro for 1 year. 

I opened a ticket and got the message that gifts cant be refounded once it was claimed. Then i ask for a unban and they told me that he has to open a own ticket. But to his ticket no one is replying. I go my answers within a day and he hasnt get any answer for over a week.

We still dont kniow why he was banned and how to get the nitro back. I cant open a paypal claim since i bought it over 6 months before.

Anyone get an idea to get the money back oder the account unbanned?

If nothing happens, i would never spend again anything with such a support.

    Theres always an reason, discord cant refund purchases on an banned account. Its his fault.

    So why dont he get an answer from support that told him what was wrong.

    And btw when you pay for something they cant ban you. If you had payd an unual fee you have the right to use it. Wether they have to unban or refound to losts months.

    Also ive read, that you get a email that tells you why and this also wasnt the case

    Hello Discord, my account has been disabled due to violation of Terms of Service or Community Guidelines but I haven't done anything wrong. In the email he says that "Your account was found to have issued fraudulent charges." But I never buy nitro! I won it on a giveaway. I don't know how the giveway organizer gave it to me I just accepted the gift.

    if you really think discord can never ban for no reason, you're truly mistaken. if you get targeted by someone there is a high chance they can get you terminated by reporting out of context messages and such, for example.

    my condolences to you, but your bf is never getting his discord back, I'm on my 4th account.
