Addition To Text Commands

As a lot of us know, commands are used often in discord servers, either for bots, or custom commands unique to that server, but it would be nice to have more listed. For example, if I add a bot with it's own commands to the server, it would be nice to then have them added for users when typing in "/" Or whatever key I set it as, instead of having the bot creater have a set prefix, that new users have to learn, and not be sure about using, since not all bots use help commands either. In my eyes, having this addtion could help a lot of people and remove a lot of room for error when it comes to new users, new server owners, and maybe even bot creators since everything you'd need, every command, could be setup in a server.

I'm not sure how this would work, or if this could even work for how discord is setup, but I know a few bots like rythm and groovy do this, though I believe it's more of a case that the bot developer needs to do it, which creates all the more reason to allow server owners or users to set this up in my opinion.
