Option to revert the UI changes

I use Canary generally and I was really unpleasantly surprised that whatever happened to the UI got pushed to the main version. It seems absolutely inconsistent, the reactions don't fit at all as well as the color of the mentions. It is plainly aggressive and violent. It looks as horrible as the light mode. Other colors seem out of place now, but I can't identify the differences.

Honestly, I don't see any need for the changes and they don't improve anything and simply look out of place. To quote a classic: "Is this an out of season April Fools' joke?"
