Brand Appearance Changes
Please, don't change to this new look. The new font looks unevenly squished and feels like it's trying to give off a "haHa qUirKy" vibe which just doesn't feel right. The old one still felt minimal and "friendly" as you put it in the tweet, and is also iconic for the brand. The new logo feels way too minimal and corporatized. The old logo tells everything you need to know about the app, the chat bubble just makes it so obvious and dropping that or the shadow on the mobile app removes all personality from it. Please revert the changes.

I forgot to mention, the color is also not great, very difficult to look at on mobile and feels way too close to Facebook. Even with a cool color like blue, the old one is a lot warmer and more welcoming. :)

i agree, it didnt need to change but now it looks like all the modern simplistic designs, but it was already simplistic, its like taking a fruit salad, a simple food, but making it just one fruit. its overdone and the old one was better

Yeah there's a ton, not many people want this change, I just wanted to add my own thoughts to it. :)

Actually I just checked your profile, what are you the feedback police? I guarantee you everyone who posts about the rebrand knows there's other posts about the topic, considering its the first thing you see when you open the other category and it also tells you when you name your post. :)))

Fanservice
No, I'm not the feedback police, but it's much clearer if you focus on one post and don't duplicate it x times. It also increases the number of upvotes on a post and makes it more likely that a Discord employee will read it.1 -
I guess that's true but I also think that blowing up the feedback page with many posts about the same topic also gets the idea across just as well.

i agree with fanservice, better to make a lot of posts about a topic then make a few that get alot of upvotes

But that takes longer, doesn't it, if each time the description text has to be read through again by a member of staff? OK, I don't forbid you to create new posts, I just point out similar amounts.

just looking at the title they can see, also it floods the new page, and a few posts will probably get a lot of upvotes

You are right, but I just wanted to make it easier for Discord. Sorry

Both options are good ways to get things through to Discord, making more posts is ok, but going ahead and liking those other posts is also very recommended to maximise chances Discord will get the message.
