Add optional setting to toggle a noise when you are muted

Ok, so let's say you are muted & you do not realize that you are muted (I am not guilty of this)- if there was an option to toggle a sound that will play once every like 1 - 2 minutes to signify that you are muted, it would help prevent this a lot.

This is something I feel would be a great optional addition! :)
