wheres my nitro

I bought nitro last month with 0 boosts. Some ld my friends then told me to buy classic if I wasn't buying boosts. I bought classic, and it said it would swap over when my current nitro expired. My current nitro expired today and there is no classic nitro.

    Hello.

    You have gotten nitro as a credit.
    To claim the nitro classic you must go to Nitro Classic section click Purchase select 1 month and buy.

    Because of the credit you have you won't be charged.
