Difficulty managing roles with new UI changes

Hi,

I help operate a discord server for my university. We host hundreds of roles and channels for each unit that a student can take. Before the recent changes, if I needed to add 20 new roles for another degree or something along these lines, I could easily press the + button a bunch and they would all appear. Having to swap between two windows is very disruptive to my workflow and demotivating. In general, making each role take more space isn't great either. I would rather have everything about the roles kept to one screen so it's easier to manage.

I would rather not have to develop a custom bot to handle all this because the maintenance we perform is not usually "add many roles" or something - would rather have the easy minute control that manual provides.
