Bring Back Notifications in System Tray

Just a few days ago, in early May 2021, the Discord icon at the bottom-hand "System Tray/Taskbar" of the Windows OS would show a red dot if one of the servers I was in had new messages...and would show a number, too, if there were people notifying/pinging me, or sending private direct messages (DMs). Now, there is no such notification, except an orange square around the icon, so it's more confusing when someone is attempting to summon me.

Please undo this change, so I can get my old notification system back.
