[Suggestion] Possibility to reply to a message from another text channel.

I would like to be able to reply to someone's message from another text channel.

Example: Someone posted a funny meme, I would like to reply to them in a typing chat.

  Quotes exist.
  Alternatively, you can use the message link.
  Finding a way to make a coherent UI for replying to messages from another channel would be quite difficult, so I don't think this will become a native feature.
