Server call request

So I've got a server with a few friends and would really like if you could, just like in a DM group, request a person to join the VC. To not spam, I think you should make it so you can ring like once per minute or two minutes, and you can only ring friends. For that, you could maybe also add a right-click-menu option like "ignore ringing" or something like that.
